What's your pricing?
Click here. On your tour you will receive a Policies and Pricing packet. We have competitive venue and flexible alcohol pricing.
Do you have payment plans?
Yes! We're willing to work with you. You must pay a 25% security deposit and pay in full at least a week before your event.
What makes you Different?
A lot of venues have fees that are thrown at you after you lock in your date. We pride ourselves in our transparency and our family business is built on trust. We include tables, chairs, sound systems, microphones, lighting, and much more in our packages without adding to your event price. Also, what other venue gives you the WHOLE day if you book a Saturday? We have no sound ordinance and can be open till Midnight. Our quality and value is unmatched. In addition; if your event needs to be changed, we have no additional fees and you can change your date at least two months in advance.
WHY SHELBY?

Are you handicapped accessible?
Yes - we have a vintage elevator that includes a bellhop for every event. We are completely ADA-compliant.
May I bring a caterer that's not on your preferred list?
Yes! We only require that your caterer be insured and certified to prepare food.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
No - here at Uptown Indigo we have an alcohol license. You will be impressed by our flexible bar options. Served by professional bartenders in gorgeous glass wear. Comes with a complimentary cocktail tasting to create your events signature cocktail.
Where do guests park?
Parking is free and readily available. There are two public parking lots east of our building on Washington Street, and dozens of street parking spaces directly to the west of our building.
Do you have shorter time blocks than your pricing sheet shows?
No. We believe that by maintaining our current time blocks, we can offer the best service and consistency. Additional hours are available to add to any package.
How can I book a date or make a payment?
Just call us, or meet with us at the building. We require a 25% deposit to reserve your date. This is 25% of the total venue cost in your contract. We accept all payment types.
